Overview

Adagio Stream is an audio streaming app. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data the app handles, how it is used, and your rights regarding that data.

Adagio Stream does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to us. The app does not include analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or tracking of any kind.

Data Stored on Your Device

All data is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to us. We have no access to it.

• Provider credentials — Server URLs, usernames, and passwords you enter for Xtream Codes or M3U providers are stored securely on your device. On iOS, credentials are stored in the system Keychain. On Android, credentials are encrypted using AES-256-GCM via the Android Keystore.
• Favorites and playlists — Your favorited channels, saved songs, custom playlists, and favorite groups are stored locally.
• Preferences — App settings including appearance, sort order, buffer duration, text size, and last played channel.
• Cached images — Channel logos and artwork are cached on your device to improve performance.
• Debug logs — When enabled by you in Settings, the app writes diagnostic logs to your device. These logs automatically redact credentials (passwords and usernames are masked). Logs may contain channel names, server hostnames, and connection timing. Debug logging is off by default and logs are never transmitted unless you explicitly share them.

External Services

Services You Configure

Streaming providers — The app connects to streaming servers that you configure (M3U URLs, Xtream Codes providers). Your credentials are sent directly to these servers to authenticate and retrieve channel data. We do not operate, control, or have access to these servers. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

Third-Party APIs

The app queries the following public APIs to enhance your experience. No personal data, device identifiers, or account credentials are sent in these requests.

• ESPN.com API — Used to retrieve live sports scores for matched sports channels. Only public scoreboard endpoints are queried. No user data is sent. (ESPN Privacy Policy)
• xmplaylist.com API — Used to retrieve track metadata (song titles, artist names, artwork) for supported audio channels. Only channel identifiers are sent. No user data is included. (xmplaylist Privacy Policy)

All third-party API requests include only a generic app user-agent header (AdagioStream/1.0). No cookies, device identifiers, or personal information are transmitted.

Third-Party Services (Android)

The Android version of the app uses the following third-party services:

• Google Play Services (Cast Framework) — Used to enable Chromecast support for casting audio to compatible devices. Subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Google Terms of Service.

Tracking and Analytics

• No analytics or telemetry SDKs are included.
• No advertising SDKs are included.
• No device identifiers (IDFA, fingerprinting, etc.) are collected or transmitted.
• On iOS, the app's privacy manifest declares NSPrivacyTracking = false with no tracking domains and no collected data types. On Android, no tracking permissions are requested and no data is collected or shared as declared in the app's Data Safety section.

Data Sharing

We do not collect, sell, share, or transfer any personal data to third parties.

Your Data Rights

Under GDPR and similar privacy regulations, you have the following rights:

• Right to access — All your data is stored locally on your device. You can view your accounts, favorites, playlists, and settings directly in the app.
• Right to data portability — You can export all your data from Settings.
• Right to erasure — You can delete all app data from Settings, or by uninstalling the app. Uninstalling removes all locally stored data including any securely stored credentials.
• Right to rectification — You can edit or update your provider accounts, favorites, and preferences at any time within the app.

Data Retention

All data is stored on your device only. There is no cloud sync, no server-side storage, and no backups of sensitive data. Data persists until you delete it within the app or uninstall the app.

Children's Privacy

Adagio Stream does not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.

No Content Provided

Adagio Stream is a media player application only. It does not host, supply, or distribute any audio, video, or media content of any kind. The app provides the ability to connect to and play back streams from external sources that the user configures. All content accessed through the app is sourced entirely from third-party providers chosen and configured by the user.

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the streaming sources you add to Adagio Stream and for ensuring that your use of those sources complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. This includes, but is not limited to, any content licensing agreements, copyright laws, and terms of service associated with your chosen providers.

Adagio Stream and its developers make no representations or warranties regarding the legality, quality, reliability, or availability of any third-party content or streaming services accessed through the app.

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Adagio Stream, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the app.

No Affiliation

Adagio Stream has no affiliation, partnership, or business relationship with any third-party streaming provider, content creator, or media service. The app is an independent media player that connects to user-configured sources. Any channel names, logos, or branding displayed within the app are provided by the streaming sources themselves and do not indicate any endorsement, sponsorship, or association with Adagio Stream.

Anti-Piracy Notice

Adagio Stream is intended to be used exclusively with legally obtained streaming sources. The app must not be used to access, distribute, or consume pirated, unlicensed, or otherwise unauthorized content. Any use of the app in connection with copyright infringement or intellectual property violations is strictly prohibited and is done entirely at the user's own risk.

We do not endorse the streaming of copyright-protected material without the express permission of the copyright holder. Users are responsible for verifying that their configured playlists and streaming sources contain only content they are legally authorized to access.

If you are a rights holder and believe that a third-party streaming source accessible through user-configured providers infringes on your intellectual property, please contact the operator of that streaming service directly. Adagio Stream does not control, index, or have any relationship with third-party content providers.

Intellectual Property

The Adagio Stream name, logo, and application are the intellectual property of their respective owner. All trade marks, copyright, and other intellectual property rights related to the app remain the property of the developer. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on the app.

All other trademarks, service marks, and content accessed through the app belong to their respective owners. Use of third-party trademarks within the app (such as channel names or logos provided by streaming sources) does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

Disclaimer of Liability

Adagio Stream is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. In no event shall the developers of Adagio Stream be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the use of the app or any content accessed through it.

The developers of Adagio Stream are not responsible for any interruptions, errors, or defects in third-party streaming services, nor for any consequences resulting from the user's choice of streaming providers.

Internet Connectivity

Adagio Stream requires an active internet connection to stream content from your configured providers. The connection may be via Wi-Fi or mobile data. Adagio Stream cannot be held responsible for the app not functioning at full capacity if you do not have access to an internet connection. If you are using the app on a mobile data connection, your carrier's standard data charges may apply. You accept responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home region.

App Updates and Availability

Adagio Stream may be updated from time to time to add new features, improve performance, or address issues. The app is currently available on iOS and Android, and system requirements may change with future updates. We do not guarantee that the app will always be updated to remain compatible with every device or operating system version. We reserve the right to discontinue the app or any of its features at any time without prior notice.

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
